I like brewing a V60 every now and then. Would probably be every day but it’s a bit of a hassle to do it at the office with a Hario “air kettle”.

TODO maybe I can put a flavour wheel or something so that people can judge me for liking “fallen leaves” as I usually refer to anaerobic fermentation coffees.
